According to ET today's report of January 4, 2019, the Aerospace Industrial Development Corporation held an "Aerospace Industry A-Team 4.0 Alliance" briefing on January 3. Chairman Liao Jung Hsin said that the alliance led the country in steering related industries to form an aerospace supply chain, implementing detailed change, implementing smart manufacturing, promoting artificial intelligence and strengthening integrated supply chain management. By 2018, there were 138 suppliers qualified with AS9100 certification. There were 89 companies with aerospace quality system certification, and 401 companies undertook intensive education and training, to enhance international competitiveness of the domestic aerospace industry.
